GRILLED SALMON 
1/2 c. low-calorie Italian dressing
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 (6 oz.) salmon steaks

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Pour over fish and let stand about 15 minutes or at room temperature. Grill or broil about 4 minutes on each side.
