1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 sm. head of lettuce
4 boiled eggs
1 pkg. tiny frozen peas, thawed
1 med. onion, finely chopped
6 slices of crispy fried bacon
1 1/2 c. low-cal buttermilk dressing
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Layer all of the above starting with spinach on bottom and ending with cheese on top.
