STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. very hot water

Mix pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter together. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar. Spread on pretzel crust. Mix Jello with water in a bowl. Add thawed strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.
