2 1/2 c. pretzels, blended until coarse
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 regular Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. strawberries
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water

Combine first 4 ingredients and bake in casserole dish 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cream cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Make Jello in the hot water. Cool until slightly thickened and then add strawberries. Pour over cheese mixture and chill until ready to serve.
