COCONUT CAKE 
5 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can or 1 c. coconut

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix eggs, flour, sugar, oil, milk, baking powder, flavoring, vanilla and coconut. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

SAUCE: In saucepan bring to boil the sugar, water, butter and flavoring then pour over cake and let set until merely cool before removing from pan.
