QUICK BAKED RED COD 
1 1/2 lbs. red cod fillets
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 c. bread crumbs
3/8 tsp. garlic
3/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. basil
3/8 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Coat fish with melted butter. Combine bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, and basil; dredge fish in this mixture. Place fish in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish if flaky and tender. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 6.

This is the recipe I have used 2 times to cook the red cod we got at Fresh&Easy in the frozen food section. It is @$6.00 for 5 pieces. The fish has a fishy smell when you take it out of the vaccum pack, however when cooked it is very mild and good.
