TEXAS CHILI 
4 lb. stewing meat
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. red pepper powder
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
3 c. water
2 tbsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. onion powder

Brown beef in oil. Add water and ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat; simmer about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Add more water if necessary.
