CURRY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat (turkey - hamburger)
3 slices bread, cubed
1/4 c. onion
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. peeled ginger root
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

SAUCE:

1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. curry powder

Using food processor. Spray bowl with vegetable spray. Add all ingredients and mix well. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on a rack and cookie sheet. Warm sauce. Add meatballs and serve.
