POLYNESIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped almonds
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oil
13 oz. pineapple chunks
1-2 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 green pepper, cut into strips
Cooked rice

Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, almonds, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, water and pepper. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Brown slowly in hot oil; remove. Saute green pepper strips until tender crisp, remove from oil. Drain off fat. Drain juice from pineapple and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Heat liquid with vinegar. Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons soy sauce; add to pineapple mixture in pan. Stir constantly until liquid is bubbly and thickened. Gently stir in pineapple chunks, green pepper and meatballs. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot cooked rice.
