DIABETIC CHERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Dream Whip, prepared
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 can unsweetened pie cherries
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sucaryl
Red food coloring

FILLING: Mix the following together: Dream Whip prepared as directed, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.

TOPPING: Drain juice from pie cherries into pan. Combine these together and mix thoroughly: pie cherries, cornstarch, sucaryl, red food coloring. Cook topping until thick, spread filling on a baked pie crust (or graham cracker crust). Top with cherry topping and chill.
