TOMATO BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup 2 c. cooked med. noodles 1 c. cooked corn 1/4 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt In saucepan, brown beef and cook onion until tender; stir to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese and remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir. Top with remaining cheese. |
