HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
Toasted almonds (to taste)
2 tsp. grated onion
3/4 c. crushed potato chips
2 tsp. lemon juice 1
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellman's)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese and chips. Put into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
