MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. Ground Chuck
1 c. Tomato Juice
3/4 c. Oats (uncooked)
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped Onion
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Press firmly into ungreased 8x4x2 meatloaf pan.

Bake at 350°F about one hour. Let stand five minutes before slicing.
