PAUL HORNING STEW 
2 lb. stew beef chunks
4 or 5 potatoes
6 carrots
1 sm. can peas, drained
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 diced onion
1 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. tapioca (right from box)
1 tsp. sugar
1 slice bread, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

DON'T brown meat. Combine and stir all ingredients in large baking dish or pan and cover with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
