CHOCOLATE-NUT CRISPIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
5 c. crisp rice cereal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar and syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat; blend in chunky peanut butter and butter. Stir in rice cereal.
