1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1/2 stack crackers, crushed
1/4 c. milk

Sauce:

1 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together and form into patties. Brown in skillet with oil. Place in casserole dish and pour sauce over patties.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
