1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) chocolate syrup

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, chocolate syrup and flour. Beat well. Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes; cool.

FILLING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
Dash of green food coloring
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix powdered sugar, butter, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Spread on brownies. Refrigerate until set.

TOPPING:

1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt chocolate chips with butter. Cool. Spread on top of filling.
