HOT BUTTERED RUM 
1 lb. butter
2 lbs. brown sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg

Melt butter and add spices. Pour over brown sugar and let cool. Add eggs and beat 1 hour in mixer. Store in refrigerator. Place in mug: 1 heaping tablespoon batter, 2 jiggers rum. Add hot water. Stir with cinnamon stick.
