HOT BUTTERED RUM MIX 
1 1/2 sticks REAL butter
1 1/2 boxes light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of ginger

Allow butter to reach room temperature. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. (Use a large dinner fork.) Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
