PART I
4 c. sliced zucchini
1 med. onion chopped
2 tbsp. butter

PART II
1 c. sour cream
2 slices swiss cheese

Use an electric fry pan. Take care to undercook. Saute zucchini, onion and butter lightly. Add sour cream and swiss cheese. Stir until hot and melted. Serve immediately.
