CORNED BEEF BRISKET STEAMED 
Corned beef brisket
1 qt. ginger ale
Orange marmalade to generously cover

To braise brisket, line a pan with a rack, with foil. Pour ginger ale in bottom of pan. Place brisket on rack and cover tightly with foil. Place in 300°F oven for approximately 5 hours. Remove foil cover and generously coat brisket with orange marmalade. Increase oven temperature to 375°F and bake for about 45 minutes until carmalized. Slice thin and serve.
