HOMEMADE BREAD PUDDING 
1 loaf buttered bread
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
5 c. milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Sauce:

3 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cornstarch
6 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish that has been greased.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.

Mix cornstarch, sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Add butter and vanilla. Pour on top of pudding before serving.
