RAISIN TARTS 
2 c. raisins
1/4 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs
Pastry for tart shells
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
Whipped cream

Wash raisins. Place in pan. Cover with water and bring to boil. Drain. Add butter and brown sugar. Stir. Add vanilla and beaten eggs. Fill unbaked tart shells. Bake until set and golden brown.
