FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
9 oz. (1 can) pineapple, crushed
16 oz. (1 medium tub) sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cherries, chopped
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 banana, mashed
lettuce leaves

Drain pineapple well. Add rest of ingredients (except lettuce) and mix well. Freeze in muffin tins.

Run warm water on back of muffin tins to loosen.

Serve on lettuce leaves.
