SAVORY PORK & RICE BAKE 
2 to 3 c. cooked, cubed pork
1 c. uncooked white or brown rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 c. water
10 3/4 oz. can (1 can) condensed cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In 2 1/2 quart casserole combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally. 4 or 5 servings.
