HAM - ONE DISH MEAL 
1 c. ham, bite size
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
Garlic
1/2 tsp. green pepper
1 c. water
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. Tabasco (or pepper)
1 c. uncooked rice

Brown ham and onions in butter. Add rest. Simmer 30 minutes.
