MUSHROOM POTATOES 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
5 or 6 c. sliced (thin) potatoes
2 tsp. butter

Mix in large baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese - serve.
