GRANOLA BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. honey
3 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallow creme, stir until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter and honey. Add oats and peanuts, mix lightly. Spread the mixture into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch or a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Press down. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips, press lightly into the oat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
