6 apples (cored and sliced)
2 c. cooked carrots
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. orange juice

Put 1/2 of apples in a 3 quart baking dish. Cover with 1/2 of carrots.

Mix brown sugar and flour. Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture over apple and carrots. Add remaining apples and carrots. Cover with remainder of sugar mix. Top with orange juice. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
