VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sour cream 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 1 1/2 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. each of the following, cut very small Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, radishes, cucumbers, green peppers. Unroll and spread crescent rolls in large pizza pan or 15"x10" jelly roll pan. Pinch together to form a solid crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 13 to 17 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and dressing mix. Spread over crust. Spread vegetables over crust and top with shredded cheddar cheese. NOTE: Crust can be baked the night before. |
