VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
1 1/2 can crescent rolls 1 1/2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 packet HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing Mix Assorted raw vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, carrots, celery, green onions, mushrooms radishes, tomatoes, olives 1 bag grated Cheddar cheese Spread crescent rolls on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Press together to form the crust. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Cool crust. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing in a bowl and set aside. Cut vegetables into very tiny pieces. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of crust and sprinkle vegetables all over it. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the vegetables and press down vegetables and cheese into cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. |
