CREAMY HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked ham (diced)
3 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
1 med. head cauliflower
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. milk
4 oz. sharp American cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices bread)
1 tbsp. butter

Break cauliflower into small flowerets. Cook just until tender. Drain well. Put diced ham, mushrooms and cauliflower into a bowl. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour to form a paste. Add milk stirring to smooth. Cook until mixture thickens then add cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in sour cream, slowly. Pour over ham, mushrooms and cauliflower. Pour in casserole, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
