1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 stick melted butter
8 boned chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed stuffing mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, mustard and butter. Dip the breasts in the mixture and roll in the stuffing. Place the breasts in the baking dish. If there is stuffing left, stir it with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle around the breasts. Bake covered for 1 hour. Then remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
