CHICKEN GUMBO 
10 pieces of chicken
8 heaping tbsp. flour
2 lbs. smoked sausage
3 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 beef bouillon cubes
6 chicken bouillon cubes
Gumbo file to taste
Approx. 15 c. water

Brown flour in oil to a medium golden brown. Put in chicken and smoked sausage. Fry for a little while until it gets brown. Add onions. Cook until onions are cooked. Add water. When gumbo is about cooked, add gumbo file. Serves 10.
