COUNTLESS CALORIE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Crush cookies while the oven preheats to 300 degrees. Combine cookie crumbs with butter and press firmly on bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.

In mixer bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Let cool at room temperature, then chill thoroughly before serving.
