COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
6 oz. spaghetti (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown and drain beef. Add next 5 ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. In the meantime, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Mix beef mixture, spaghetti and remaining ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or 15 minutes in microwave. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
