SPECIAL STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers

Wash and clean out seeds. Cut in 1/2 longways. Put in water in pan; bring to boil and remove. Right then, drain off water.

STUFFING:

1/2 c. finely crushed crackers
2 cans potted meat
1/2 c. canned milk
Salt & pepper to taste

In shallow baking dish, place peppers and fill with stuffing. Make topping of 2 cups crushed cracker crumbs. Mix (with your hands) 1 stick butter into crackers. Sprinkle over stuffed peppers. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until crumb topping is brown.
