SPINACH SALAD 
4 tbsp. bacon fat (warm)
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg

Mushrooms, sliced 1 pkg. bacon, fried and crumbled 2 boiled eggs, sliced Chopped green onions

Combine dressing mixture together. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from stove; let cool. Beat in egg. Bring to a boil and cook until thick, stir often. Cool before adding salad. (Dressing may be slightly warm but not hot.) Wash spinach, break into small pieces. Add mushrooms, onions, and bacon. Garnish with sliced eggs. Serve with warm dressing.
