FILLED FRENCH TOAST 
Plain cream cheese
Sliced white bread
Strawberry preserves
Eggs
Sugar
Salt
Vanilla
M ilk

Spread plain cream cheese on one slice of white bread and strawberry preserves on another slice. Form sandwich. Dip in a mixture of eggs beaten with milk and seasoned with sugar, salt and vanilla. Fry on hot griddle and brown on both sides like French toast. Serve plain.
