SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
15 oz. spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef or pork sausage
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti and drain. (Should have about 3 cups cooked spaghetti.) Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture in a "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust.

In skillet, cook meat until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce; heat through. Turn mixture into spaghetti crust. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. This makes a really fun dish and a different way of serving spaghetti!
