SOUR DOUGH BREAD | |
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. corn oil 1 tbsp. salt 1 c. bread starter 1 1/2 c. warm water 5 c. bread flour Mix and knead dough to right consistency. Adding more flour as needed. Grease bowl, put lump of dough in and turn over. Cover bowl lightly and let rise overnight or 8-12 hours. Next morning punch dough down and divide into 3 parts and knead again. Then place dough into well oiled loaf pans. Let rise 4-5 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
