HOMINY CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can white hominy (drained)
13 1/2 oz. can diced green chiles
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
8 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped

Saute the onion. In a large bowl mix all ingredients, reserving a little of the cheese. Pour into casserole; sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
