GARLIC CHEESE GRITS 
4 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grits
2 c. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick butter
2 eggs
milk

Boil water; add salt and slowly add grits (while stirring). Keep stirring until thick. Turn fire down and add stick of butter. Melt. Add cheese in cubes and garlic salt. Let melt; stir and then cool. Set in refrigerator several hours or overnight.

Crack 2 eggs into cup. Beat with fork. Add enough milk to fill cup. Add to cooled mixture. Pour into dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
