CREAMY PEACH DOUBLE DECKER 
1 (16 oz.) can peaches or fruit of your choice, drained & diced
2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water (use juice from drained fruit and water)
1 (4 oz.) Cool Whip topping, thawed

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water and juice. Chill until thickened but not set. Fold fruit into half the Jello and put in 6 cup dish. Chill until set but not firm, about 10 minutes. Blend Cool Whip into remaining Jello and put over layer in dish. Chill until firm. Makes approximately 10 (8 oz.) servings.
