SHRIMP SCAMPY 
3 lbs. shrimp, deheaded
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
Lemon pepper season to taste
1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbsp. red pepper
1 whole onion, chopped

Wash shrimp - you may peel if you want to but I do not. Melt butter in skillet. Saute garlic salt, pepper, and onion. Add steak sauce. Mix, then add shrimp and lemon pepper to taste. Cook until shrimp are pink. Now serve with French bread.
