SPINACH CHICKEN 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, thaw and drain
8 chicken breasts, boneless
Flour
Butter, melted
Salt and pepper
Beaumond spice
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream

Place spinach in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Take chicken and dip in butter and flour and place on spinach. Salt and pepper all and put Beaumond on chicken. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Pour cream over and bake uncovered for 35 minute at 400 degrees.
