CASHEW CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts, thigh 6, boneless
1/2 c. cashews
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green onions
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. powder

Skin chicken and put in baking dish and pour soy sauce, mixed with garlic over chicken (1/4 inch marinate and soak each side at least 1/2 hour). Bake in 250 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until brown.

Chop celery and slice green onions lengthwise. Saute celery; do not let it become soft. Heat chestnuts and add green onions, then add to chicken with about 1/4 cup oyster sauce, then add cashews and allow to set for only a few minutes, then put into wok and finish the cooking process.
