FLUFFY FROSTING 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put all in top of double boiler, and beat constantly while cooking. Takes about 7 minutes, add vanilla after frosting stands in peaks.
