1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Chill thoroughly.
