COLE SLAW 
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise (add mayonnaise as needed)
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 c. vinegar (to taste)
1 sm. can chunky pineapple, drained

Chop cabbage. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar together. Pour into cabbage and toss. Add pineapple. Toss again. Chill and serve.
